Applications from eligible candidates made in the prescribed form only are considered. Application forms are issued in the name of the candidates seeking admission. They are not transferable. Candidates and their parents are solely responsible for the declarations made in the application form. If at any time later it is found that the particulars given are wrong or inaccurate or incomplete the student shall forfeit her seat.
